SNCT Handbook of Conditions of Service

 

The SNCT (Scottish Negotiating Committee for Teachers (SNCT) has agreed the SNCT Handbook of Conditions of Service. The Handbook came into effect from 1 August 2007.

 

From 1 August 2007, the Handbook replaces the current Conditions of Service and all previously issued SNCT Circulars. The Handbook is online (pdf) :

Part 2 - Appendicies to the National Scheme

 

Part 3 - This Part of the Handbook is used to store future SNCT Circulars and letters of advice from Joint Secretaries and Joint Chairs. Letters of Advice are available here: Letters of Advice

 

Part 4 - Devolved Matters - This part of the Handbook contains the extant national provisions on which local agreements can be reached. LNCT Agreements are posted on the SNCT Web site LNCT Agreements

 

Part 5 - This part of the Handbook can be used to store LNCT Agreements other that those relating to ?devolved matters?.
