What is Volume?

As a truly independent union that believes in the strength of negotiation, Voice continues to grow and it’s all because of you – our members.  By adding your voice to ours, we are being heard as a union. And we can only get stronger.

We have a strong vision for our future, and we want to involve you in our plans. The more members we have in the workplace – especially your workplace – the more we can do to make a difference for education professionals. To this end, we created Volume – a recruitment incentive scheme – to help you spread awareness of your union.

You won’t be expected to do all the work; we’re giving you all the help you need to make our union grow stronger, and this website is the hub of all activity. Here you will be able to download helpful recruitment packs. Each pack is tailored to help you reach prospective members across our diverse membership categories:

Here you can download an A4 poster, a helpful FAQs sheet, an introductory leaflet for your colleagues and a Voice application form – with a section to add your details in order to claim your reward.
