General Secretary Election 2017

At the close of nominations on 31 May 2017, one valid nomination was received for the post of General Secretary.

Deborah Lawson has been re-elected unopposed.

Comment from Deborah Lawson:

"I am delighted to be re-elected to represent Voice members for another five years.

"Thank you to all those who supported my nomination.

"The last five years have been interesting and not least because of the changes imposed on the education and childcare sectors and all those professionals who work in them.

"With a General Election a week away and Brexit negotiations due to start soon, the next five years will be equally interesting I am sure.

"We will, however, continue to work together to secure the best for all education and childcare professionals, children and students."
