Let’s face it, our website has not been ideal for a while – it’s not easy to search for what you’re looking for and it doesn’t work well on your tablet or mobile.  So we’ve scrapped it and started over.

That’s right, we’ve redeveloped our website and updated our content and resources – and we’re not done yet; the work has only just started!

What’s new?

The website has been totally redeveloped, with a new look and feel that responds to your device, so not only can you view the website from a desktop, you can also access it easily from your tablet or mobile phone.

No more zooming in and out to read the content!

What’s improved?

We wanted to make your life easier, so we’ve made some noticeable improvements to our search facility and our members’ area amongst others.

Members:  when you log in, you won’t have to go looking for the members-only content – it will all be easily accessible in your ‘member’s area’. We’ve also improved what content is accessible to members, with additional membership information about your account, payments and membership category.

Search: find what you’re looking for easily and faster with our improved search facility that searches not only the website page content, but also the content within our blog, Your Voice and PDFs.

What’s coming next?

We don’t want to stop there. Over the next few years, we intend to continue to develop and improve the website and its resources so it works better for our members.

Immediate plans include: improving the Voice Rewards section, and expanding our online resources with new information sheets and webinar content and videos.
