Ymchwil i Leoli a Defnyddio Gweithwyr Cymorth Dysgu (LSWs) yn yr Ysgolion Cynradd yng Nghymru.

Mae Llywodraeth Cymru yn dymuno casglu tystiolaeth a dealltwriaeth bellach o ystod y tasgau y gofynnir i weithwyr cymorth yn y dosbarth eu cyflawni yn rhan o'u rôl. Felly, mae Prifysgol Metropolitan Caerdydd wedi'i chomisiynu gan Lywodraeth Cymru o dan gontract rhif C245 / 2017/2018 i ymgymryd â gwaith maes ac i lunio adroddiad ymchwil o'r enw Ymchwil i Leoli a Defnyddio Gweithwyr Cymorth Dysgu yn yr Ystafell Ddosbarth yn yr Ysgolion Cynradd yng Nghymru. Caiff yr adroddiad hwn ei gyhoeddi ond bydd yr holl ddata a gesglir yn ddi-enw ynddo.

Research Into the Deployment of Learning Support Workers (LSWs) in Primary Schools in Wales

The Welsh Government wishes to gather evidence and further understanding of the range of tasks that classroom based support workers are being asked to undertake as part of their role.  Cardiff Metropolitan University have therefore been commissioned by the Welsh Government under contract number C245/2017/2018  to undertake fieldwork and compile a research report entitled Research into the Deployment of Classroom Based Learning Support Workers in Primary Schools in Wales. This report will be published but all data gathered will be anonymised within it.
