Neurodiversity in the Workplace – Wednesday 28 July, 10.00 am to 12.30pm
In this session we look at the Equality Act and discuss what constitutes discrimination in the workplace.
We take a look at the percentage of the workforce likely to be neurodivergent, what is currently in place to help them better access employment, and ways to improve productivity.
We also look at the benefits a neurodiverse workforce brings to business and discuss ways to ensure staff are working to their maximum potential. We look at cost effective ways to improve productivity in neurodivergent employees and where they can go for additional help if their own strategies are not enough.
The session is particularly useful for line managers, human resources staff, trade union reps, supervisors, and anyone who has neurodivergent family members.
