In light of the rapid progress of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic and in light of the latest, though rapidly changing national advice we want our members to know what steps we are taking to ensure that any disruption in service the service we provide is kept, in so far as is reasonably and possible to an absolute minimum, and that we continue to deliver our usual high standard of service.
The wellbeing of our members and employees is paramount at this time.
In response to the current crisis and in line with the most recent advice the decision has been taken to close Voice HQ office until further notice.
All staff will be working remotely from their homes during this time and will have comprehensive remote working support, which will enable them to fulfil all or most of their role as if they were working from their desk in the office. Our phones will, where necessary, be diverted to the relevant staff member’s mobile phone, however we are not currently able to access voicemails, therfore please call us during office hours so we can speak to you directly.
To ensure an efficient service while our office is closed, all correspondence must be sent by email only, as we are unable to receive or process post. Your assistance is appreciated during these ever-changing times.
It may be that on occasion our usual response times are extended, but we will try to minimise any disruption to members.
Our management team will continue to monitor and review the situation as it develops, and where necessary alter our operation accordingly.
